Sugar Kings

First: Tech problem fixed, and news blogs can resume!
Both "Tons of Sugar Cereal" and "The King Who Rained," the latter of which is above this paragraph, are now viewable on YouTube and are each embedded on their respective pages on this site.  Check 'em out!
Also currently in the works: 1/3 of the Demo Reels are completed, and will be uploaded once they all have been created.
Lastly, at Garett's Movie Ratings part of the site, movie reviews are being experimented with...

1st Day of Quick Links

On this first [hot!] day of summer, it's yet another opportunity to experiment with html.  Thus comes the birth of Quick Links, which is now visible on the the bottom right side of the main page.  We'll see how well it works o'er the next several days...  Try it out!

All Grayed Out

In the continued and everlasting process of learning about web pages, the concept of layer opacity sprung up just today.  It can be a very useful technique when used well, and the idea of graying out a web page while certain layers are shown is one such method.

This is being tested on the page for Photagrizzly Man, specifically the links for More Movies and the Names Database.  When either of those links are clicked and the appropriate layer appears, the remainder of the page will be darkened, or "grayed out."  Until something new happens within that layer, even clicking the close box, nothing else will be accessible.  This is an experiment...  Try it out!
